Cancellation/Late Policy

Let your stylist know if you are running late. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We will also do our best to notify you if we are running behind as well.

Please notify all stylists within 24 hours if you need to cancel your appointment. Any notifications received less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a late fee added to your next service.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results of a color or cut, please contact your stylist. The atmosphere at Hair Party is very open and relaxed. We just ask that the notification is received within the first week of receiving services. This ensures that we will be able to get you back in as soon as possible so you can look your best!
